By accessing and using Court Ladder ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Court Ladder provides a platform for managing pickleball (and other racquet sport) leagues, tracking player rankings, scheduling matches, and coordinating meet-ups. The Service is operated by BizTalkers Ltd.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

5. League Administration

• League administrators have the authority to manage their leagues, including adding/removing players and recording match results
• Disputes regarding league operations should be resolved between league members and administrators
• Court Ladder is not responsible for disputes arising from league activities

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BizTalkers Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizTalkers Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizTalkers Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
